New Enrolments

Enrolment/Information Packs are available from the school office.  We will need to sight your child’s original Birth Certificate, Immunisation Certificate (if immunised) and proof of your current residential address. We will need updated confirmation of your address at the time of your child’s enrolment. Please complete the forms in the pack and deliver back to the school office at your earliest convenience.  Prior to bringing these forms back, please phone the school office to set up an appointment to meet with our Principal, Mr Gary Pasfield.
